Our Approach

Structure Planning and Integrated Transport Assessment
TPC led the transport components of the Plan Change, preparing a Structure Plan and Integrated Transport Assessment (ITA) to identify the roading and infrastructure upgrades required to support the proposed urban expansion. Our work addressed all key transport modes and future demand scenarios.

Modelling and Stakeholder Engagement
We conducted detailed traffic and transport modelling to forecast network impacts and inform infrastructure recommendations. TPC also worked closely with public sector agencies and presented expert traffic evidence at the Council hearing to support the Plan Change.
