Wynyard Central Development

Wynyard Central is an integrated redevelopment project that includes the provision of multiple buildings including over 500 residential apartments, 5,000m² of retail space, over 30,000m² commercial space and the Park Hyatt Hotel together with basement parking and laneway circulation

We have provided traffic engineering expertise for all of the projects within the Wynyard Central development through the Resource Consent process and detailed design stages of development.

For all buildings we provided traffic engineering design advice for the internal vehicle access and circulation arrangements for basement parking area and vehicle and pedestrian laneways, assessed external traffic and pedestrian related effects including design advice on providing construction related traffic effects, and prepared a Traffic Impact Assessment to accompany the Resource Consent application which have been granted on a non-notified basis
