Anatole has been in the field of transport policy, planning and traffic engineering for over 30 years. He has a wide range of experience in the design of roads and intersections, the design and assessment of on-site provisions for vehicle parking, loading and pedestrian and vehicle access, traffic impact assessments, safety auditing, and appearing as an expert witness at Local Authority and Environment Court hearings.
His expertise includes traffic safety engineering, design and modelling (SIDRA, S-Paramics and EMME/2) and public transport policy. He has participated in a number of road safety audits and has lectured at Universities on crash investigation and traffic modelling.
