Bryce is a Chartered Professional Engineer with over 25 years of professional experience specialising in providing traffic engineering expertise across a range of public and private sector projects to assist clients to successfully achieve their project objectives. This includes project feasibility investigations, concept and detailed design stages, and construction implementation strategies.
He combines a practical focus on solving clients project challenges by applying traffic engineering knowledge combined with experience of what works, to ensure that client project aspirations can be fully realised in a cost-effective manner.
Over most of his career he has specialised in providing advice to clients to negotiate the Resource Consent process including the preparation of Traffic Impact and Integrated Transport Assessment reports on all forms of development including residential, retail, commercial, community and education facilities.
He appears regularly as an expert witness at Local Authority and Environment Court hearings.
