John is founding director of TPC and has over 40 years of traffic engineering experience. He has extensive consultancy experience providing advice to private and public sector clients on a wide range of traffic planning and engineering matters. In recent years, he has specialised in resource management matters, providing transportation input to a variety of land-use developments and District Plan changes, and appearing regularly as an expert witness before local authorities and the Environment Court.
