Rachel has 21 years of transport planning, demand management and behaviour change experience and expertise developed from private and public sector projects in Australia, New Zealand, UK, USA, Germany, India, Dubai and Singapore.

Rachel's technical skills include strategic transport planning, demand management, infrastructure advisory, multi-modal planning, network optimisation, options analysis, Business Cases, Assurance Reviews and behaviour change. Her key strengths are front of project thinking, big picture strategic thinking, understanding problems before jumping to solutions, complex problem solving, unpacking risks and explaining complex projects or business cases in a diagram on one flip chart page.

Rachel is an Accredited Assurance and Infrastructure Business Case Reviewer.

Rachel is the Author of Decongestion, has two TEDx Talks and has spoken in London’s Palace of Westminster's House of Lords about transport planning. Rachel created the world's 1st crowd sourced bike map 'Dynamic Connections' with BMW and created the concept of 7-metre wide Cycling Super Highways. She was part of the BMW Guggenheim Lab in New York, Berlin and Mumbai. ​

Rachel increased walking to school in the UK from 38% to 92% of all trips and typically removes around 200 private cars from every location that she works with. ​
