Todd has been involved in the field of traffic engineering for over 27 years and a Director with TPC since 2008. Based in Auckland, he has extensive experience in traffic engineering assessment and design, including pedestrian enhancement, public transport and cycleway projects, road safety auditing, streetscape projects, traffic and pedestrian analysis. He brings to projects a high level of innovation, adaptability, a collaborative outlook and leadership that has successfully delivered multiple projects. He also has extensive experience in the assessment of development including residential, commercial retail, education and recreational activities.
